I've done plenty of research. $1500/month for a studio in St Louis is outrageous. The simple fact there are no affordable options within the development is outrageous considering they received millions in subsidies in the form of tax abatement. Not only does that line the pocket of the developers, it's diverts much needed money away from public schools. 20% affordable rate is pretty standard practice. That's when you achieve diversity. This is gentrification.
Hi Holli, you are the director of leasing for Campus Advantage, the property manager for the Everly, in Tennessee. You have a direct stake in this project, so it's difficult to take your review seriously.
